Autistic Social Innovation
Systemising Social Innovations
In Unit 2 participants will develop knowledge and skills to support autistic individuals to use their innate systemising capabilities to systemise their social innovations. During this unit autistic picture and word-fact thinking is utilised for prototyping and developing logic models and theories of change.
The Effectuation Business Development Approach
In Unit 3 participants will develop knowledge and skills to support autistic individuals to take an effectuation social enterprise development approach. To demonstrate why an effectuation approach is most appropriate for autistic social entrepreneurs, concepts and theories related to autistic ways of thinking are aligned to the principles that underpin the effectual entrepreneurship approach.
